Staff were very welcoming in reception and dining room, hotel and rooms very clean
Bedroom was very hot as couldn’t leave window open because of road, but hopefully if needed a fan they would provide

The amenities were really good for our family. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices everyday.
The kid’s play area could use a bit of cleaning and organising. Also, there was one time a staff opened our hotel door while we were inside and sleeping in the afternoon. We did not put up a cleaning sign outside the door so it wasn’t nice to barge in like that. The parking fee was a bit too much if you’re staying in the hotel anyway.

Child friendly, great facilities, and free kids meals with an adult meal. Lovely touch of cookies and milk at night for the kids. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Close by shops also. Large room to accommodate all 5 of us with 2 bedrooms and decent bathroom.

Cleanliness and staff
It was very noisy, both road noise through the windows which didn't seem to cut much of it out and the fact that you cannot close the doors quietly as the handles do not move , so everyone has to slam it shut to leave the room, which unfortunately started at about ten past five on a Sunday morning.
