The location, the restaurant and the dj set
The room smelled like an old house (humidity smell /old person's home)
The "spa"... The hamam had a horrible smell, i went to the reception, very nice staff, did everything to improve the situation...
The sauna is correct.
The jacuzzi is completely useless; an old construction, the waterbubbles cannot touch your body, it's just bubbles in the water, no body functionality
From the "spa", you see the outdoor pool but you cannot acces, the glass door of the veranda is closed, you have to go back in the hotel to get out to the pool
The dj set (great!) was announced until midnight. We went to bed at 11:30 pm, the music was loud until 2am

Great location, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast offered plenty of choice and quality food. The staff were very helpful and the family room was huge with a seperate bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms for kids and parents.
The toilet and a cupboard allowed the smell of smoke from the floor below into the room which for non-smokers was very unpleasant and far from ideal in a family room. The staff did tape up the cupboard which improved matters but the toilet still smelled of smoke, thankfuly there was another toilet we could use. The view from the balcony was over the carpark so we didn't spend much time out there. There weren't any available bikes for hire onsite when we visited.

friendly staff Nice secluded location in the pine forest
arrived at 10 pm and were really hungry after a long day travelling and they were unable to provide any food for me or my son. we got there by taxi and didn’t have our own transport so couldn’t exactly go anywhere else.

It is a bit of a distant from the town and beach, a car is definitely needed, very difficult to get from airport without a car

The receptionist was nice, but restaurant she said was close by was closed.
Everything - bar and restaurant closed and nowhere to eat, very poor pool area and tiny room ( superior ). Small, badly designed, bathroom with shower soaking the floor snd broken plug in the bath. Room snd hotel totally soulless- felt like a hostel not the standard of Best Western.

The staff was friendly, the location was in a quiet wood but close to biking roads. You could rent bikes right at the reception. The view was nice too, we saw does and squirrels. The room was big enough and comfortable.
All in all it was good, but it could use refurbishing. The all-plastic bathroom was not really our taste. The hotel was hard to find.

The swimming pool and fitness center were perfect. Cleaning staff was kind and accommodating. Beautiful view over the golf course, a good spot to unwind.
The hotel needs refurbishing as everything was outdated and worn out. No curtain in the shower, common areas were not clean enough. Lack of road sign for finding the hotel.

Great location, beautiful surroundings and within 10 minutes drive of the beach. Staff always friendly and helpful, and well organized during COVID restrictions.
This hotel is tired, and in urgent need of renovation. We have been visiting for several years, and no noticeable maintenance has been undertaken. The bathrooms in particular need to be replaced. One of the few hotels in the area so able to charge a higher price for sub-standard rooms.
