Huge duplex family room with 2 toilets. Kids were absolutely happy. 7-8 minutes walk from the Ulm cathedral. Big underground parking with direct elevator to rooms. Remember to check-in before parking, elevator is accessible only with room key.

Nothing really. The only inconvenience is if you live on 3rd floor you will need to climb the stairs with all your suitcases from the 2nd floor. There is no elevator on 3rd floor

The "Comfort Family Suite" is exceptional! Great location.

The family room is spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good value for money.

It is a bit easy to miss if you're driving.

Location is great, downtown center with parking underneath. Staff is the friendliest of all times, reception desk is super! Breakfast is delicious!

Rooms don't have air conditioning so it was hotter than usual, and opening the window was not an option since I was on the first floor. Room had a good fan though but not the same as air conditioning

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices and great service. The hotel was an easy walk to the downtown sites as well as the River, there was a store conveniently located next door, and parking was available.

Location! Very good stuff but specially the Receptionist who was working on our check in. He was extra kind, with a big charming smile, who made our stay even better because of his personality.
