The house is lovely. The pool was comfortable when we stayed in early September. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed for meal prep for 14 with ease. The nearby beach is quiet and convenient. We greatly enjoyed our time there.

Mark was a wonderful, responsive host who answered our questions (and there were only a couple) very quickly. The house was terrific for our multi-generation family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and young adults). The location was great - a 20 minute walk on sidewalks to downtown Sag Harbor. The pool, large dining room and kitchen, and spacious, comfortable bedrooms all made our vacation just perfect. We highly recommend this house!

The house was great! It was very spacious as well as had the proper furniture and decor to fill the space. The outside pool was very fun to enjoy, and the private beach with a less than 5 minute walk to get to was an awesome spot for the whole family to hang out at. Communication and check in was a breeze. Main st is a heathy walk bit accessible. My kids and family had so much fun here! 10/10 would recommend.

We had such a great stay with our family. This area of Sag Harbor is so wonderful and the beach down the road is the cutest for our little ones. The location is perfect and so short into downtown Sag but easy to get to East Hampton.

From pre-trip questions and requests, to the easy check out process, Mark and Charlene were great! they were so accommodating with my group and also provided us with detailed document on the property itself, restaurants nearby, and any other information. The house had more than enough space for our group of 14. The house also had a lot of charm, with a wrap around porch and beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, bright, and spacious. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway to the beautiful Sag Harbor.

We decided last minute to extend our family vacation after our son's wedding. What a gift! This home provided room for everything! From playing board games, swimming, family meals together in the large D.R., large kitchen for preparing meals all within a beautiful, large, open floorplan. The location was also great! We enjoyed morning walks to Sag Harbor for coffee and breakfast. The communication with the owners was literally 5 stars. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home to begin our first family vacation with my son and his new bride. Thank you all so much!

We had a fantastic stay. It was an easy check-in process, and the host was effortless to reach. There were also handy household products that helped us with our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. It comfortably fit all 12 of us.

Great location. Stayed with a few couples for a wedding in sag harbor. Has everything you need. Hosts were very attentive and fantastic communication. Worth it.

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. We had a mini family get together with 15 year old to 70 year olds. We had the best time with the open lay out, plenty of bedroom space and the close proximity to town. The house was clean, the property owners were extremely responsive to every need. Overall 10/10 experience! Would absolutely rent again :)

My daughter and 5 college friends, as well as each girls’ mother and myself, stayed at this beautiful home this past weekend. We had a great time. The bedrooms were spacious for all of us to be comfortable. The kitchen and family room were perfect to gather in. We sat by the pool on Friday afternoon (never got in the pool since it’s Oct) which was lovely. Mark, the owner, was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with…thank you so much!

Mark and Charlene's vacation home was the perfect place for a summer family reunion. The home was clean, and the kitchen and laundry room were both well stocked. The air conditioning system worked well. The beds had plenty of high-loft pillows, and there were plenty of linens and towels. The heated pool was clean and suitable for children. Mark and Charlene were both very responsive in the weeks leading up to the VRBO stay, as well as during the stay itself. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and less than a half hour walk into the center of "downtown" Sag Harbor. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely stay
This house met our needs with adults from 29 to 90 plus one toddler. Nice open gathering space. Responsive host. Could use a fresh coat of paint and we weren’t able to get fire place to work but didn’t matter. Kitchen had everything. Beds comfortable.
