Grosses Zimmer, sogar mit Sofa. Tolles Bad, auch das Frühstück ok.

Bett recht hart, man kann nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen (ist schließlich ein Innenstadthotel)

Alles! Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Duschbad. Frühstück in der Coktailbar, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Zwar auf kleinem Raum, aber mit einem super gelöstem Hygienekonzept. Das ganze mitten in der Stadt. Wir waren begeistert. Vielen Dank.

The room was really warm and I don’t believe there was air conditioning.

the hotel rooms are very new, fresh and comfortable. they are spacious but lack a bit of detail. the showers are fantastic.

the staff is not very friendly, it feels as if they don’t care about the customers. they are very distant and don’t like a friendly chat. for example,we got a phone call reminding us that we were late for check-in and we got a lecture about “Jever not being a big city and they can’t just wait and hang around for their customers”. I understand that it was our mistake, but they could have delivered it in a nicer way, as I was very apologetic.

The location is brilliant, right in the middle of town. Easy access to everything Jever has to offer by foot! The hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our room was kept cool by cleaning staff, so even when it was warm, we didn't need AC or a fan. I like that there was free water upon arrival and a safe is also provided to store your valuables. The bathroom had been updated - but not completely renovated. The bed was very comfortable.

Parking can be a little annoying, if you do not get one of the 8 parks in the hotel carpark. This was almost always full, but we were lucky one day to park there. There is ample parking behind the hotel, but you need to pay (coins only or CC via an app) from 9am - 3pm - with a 4 hour limit. It is only 1€ an hour - but it is policed and we did see cars with tickets on them - so don't risk it. Parking from 3pm overnight is fine, but you will need a ticket in your car from 9am the next day. The hotel wifi also did not work in our room - but we were able to connect to the wifi from the restaurant underneath. This was OK - but not ideal, as it is an open connection without a password. I would have preferred to have connected to the hotel wifi via the password provided in the room - but it did not work the entire time we were there, on multiple devices. I mentioned this to reception staff, who are aware and trying to fix this problem with room 212.

Would prefer buffet style breakfast, rather then serving everything and probably wasting food.

Great facilities, location and service. Nice and cozy little hotel in the center of Jever, close to bars and restaurants as well as the local castle.
