Holiday Inn Istanbul Old City by IHG

The hotel is in a excellent location, very clean and the staff are great. We made a mistake with our booking and the hotel manager ( Gigdem)went the extra mile to resolve the issue for us so we could continue to enjoy our holiday. Fatih in the restaurant delivered a great service and was really attentive. Our daughter was unwell during our trip and she was really helpful. The spa was also a lovely extra, again clean with great staff - really nice to spend time in it after walking around the city. I really can't explain how nice the staff were and so helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Absolutely nothing

Clean nice welcoming staff easy check in and room upgrade at no cost room clean and comfortable bed breakfast rich and diverse Location little bit far from popular attractions

No issue except the one with location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and Istanbul's main attractions. The staff were exceptioanally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose this hotel again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
