The fridge in the room.

The whole hotel needs maintenance. The lifts were very poor.

Beds were pretty comfortable, Receptionist was really nice. The location is great just a couple of minutes away from the beach and there's a bus station nearby The pool was nice too

No duvets. No water offered in the fridge. The bar staff was not friendly. Toilets were not so clean All inclusive isn't really all inclusive, many limitations .. Expired yogurt no cheese served in meals except one type.

Great location, marvelous see view, a clean room.

Our room was surrounded by smokers: we suffered from constant smell of cigarettes in our room.

Air con useless Lifts hopeless

We had room on 8th floor from the pool side and we had excellent view at see, but we paid extra for this. Room was clean and every day towels were exchanged and beds were made. Breakfast staff really nice ( the nicest ones in hotel). Breakfast every day the same but tasty, could be more fruits and vegetables. Very hard to find parking space near hotel. Beach 5 minutes from hotel. Pool very nice, clean and there was no problem to find sun bed. Evening entertainments most of them in Spanish. Overall this is 3 star hotel so we did not expect miracles. We had good stay.

Bunk beds. On both of the beds there hole between bed and wall what is very dangerous and child can fall into it. On the top bed nobody could sleep. Double bed are two singles pushed together. Sometimes takes ages to get elevator.

Fairly close to the beach - but more than a 100 meter as I believe is put here. You have to walk to a point where you can cross the train rails. And also fine in walking distance to restaurants and the city centre.

The dining area was quite noisy and always busy. We often went early in the morning to avoid the huge queue outside later. There were often a queue, and I felt sorry for the people working in the restaurant, who were running around trying to get tables and food ready during long hours. Have had better food at other all inclusive hotels, so happy we only had two meals, so we could dine out in the evenings. And got really bored by the same breakfast menu every day with a quality that wasn't great. But good with the alternative to switch between lunch/dinner, as the restaurant is not nice during the evening - you simply want to eat and escape the noise. We would have loved for more pool days, but it was way too crowded and noisy... There were never available sun beds, as people put down towels early in the morning. We tried one day where we went down early to get spots, but it was the first and last day at the pool. It was so crowded and loud! Children running around and noisy activities. So if you want to relax by the pool, this is not the place.

Only the location, and the swimming pool was ok

The hotel staff made a lot of mistakes regarding the reservation and upgrade, they haven't handled the cases and our requests with professional support.

Location and food in the restaurant was good.

Missed simple things like extra pillows, soap moisturiser or shampoo, amenities needed more passion defo could be much better atmosphere.

clean rooms and modern decor, fridge in room at no extra charge. nice touch.

Had a terrible check in, first room had someone already in it, second room had stacks of towels and sheets being used as storage room then third room was ok but opposite lifts however acceptable as I was very tired after travelling. a couple of problems with shower hose and door frame but fixed very quickly. later found out hotel had just opened day before so a few teething problems but overall enjoyed our stay and would go back.

the price matches the quality.

breakfast was all days same, foods not the best quality.
