Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Check-In-Vorgang lief problemlos. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet, toller Ausblick über Magaluf. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Im großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel

Der Essensraum ist viel zu groß und zu überfüllt. Eigentlich müsste es 2 Räume geben, damit es sich besser verteilt. Man wartet zum Teil 5 Minuten darauf, bis die Kaffeemaschine frei war. Im Essensraum ist es so laut, dass man nicht entspannt frühstücken konnte. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Hotel viel zu groß und überlaufen.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, very close to the beach and numerous restaurants and cafes. The food is very good and tasty, and the staff is very good and tasty, and the staff in restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

What marked our vacation was the reception staff who greeted us when we checked in to the hotel. It was an older gentleman who found that Booking made a reservation for 2 rooms and 2 people instead of 2 rooms and 4 people. Regardless of the fact that he immediately told us that this had already happened with Booking and that it was not the first time, he did not show any interest in solving the newly created situation, nor did he want to let us in the room to at least spend the night that night and try to solve the problem in the morning. It was already 11 pm and he just told us to move away from the reception and to solve the problem with Booking ourselves. After several unsuccessful calls to Booking, we managed to get an agent who really tried his best to resolve the situation and sent an email to the hotel to change the reservation and told us to wait until the hotel confirms the change. However, even after 20 days from the event, the hotel did not respond to the email. After waiting for 2 hours, we go to the reception again, but now we are served by a younger gentleman who was extremely kind and said that he was familiar with the situation, but that there was no point in standing any longer in the corridor because it was already 1 a.m., and that we should pay extra for 2 people and then let's resolve the refund of that amount with Booking. We did so and finally went to our rooms. This young gentleman was extremely helpful, also after a couple of days when we had a problem with the room key. But because of the elderly gentleman with whom we first met at the reception, we will never return to this hotel. In my life, I have never experienced such a level of communication, intolerance and arrogance from the reception staff. For your sake I hope you will work on it.

The staff was great especially the guys doing the activities.

The food was surprisingly good however the high noise and the possibility to get drinks in the dining room can be very much better. Once the show for the kids started it was impossible to talk at all.

Breakfast was very delicious

the hotel is intended for a particular age bracket.( 17 to 23years) .As i look for a family hotel , the staff was very understanding and supportive especially Eric and his Manager , they transfer us directly to another hotel (Sol Barbados) 5min far from guadalup and it was very cosy and we passed a beautiful vacation in Mallorca with my little family.
