Everything great besides no hot water in in our bathtub. Just luke warm water

Pool is amazing. Staff on front desk were exceptionally helpful Fabulous room, kids loves the huge bed and the bath.

Nothing to complain about, just watch out for the monkeys and dont leave anything on the balcony

The location was good and the room was great size. Having the separate shower and bath was great.

The Wifi was horrible. It rarely worked. I had to get an e-sim card because the Wifi was so bad. The pool was shut down for renovations and I didn’t know. I blame booking.com for this because booking.com was informed. There was a message about this in the confirmation but it was hidden in the small print. We booked the room because of the pool and pool bar in the pics but the pool was completely shut down. Booking.com should block the pics of the pool or have a more obvious note that the pool is shut down. The price of food and drinks at the resort were ridiculously expensive for the quality. I probably wouldn’t book this resort again.
