Not clean everywhere, especially the windows, old-fashioned spa interior area, for the price tag the spa should be inclusive, castle suite is quite old-fashioned

gemütliches Zimmer, interessante Unterkunft, gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf Seine, das Spa war sehr erholsam und seine Mitarbeiterinnen sehr zuvorkommend & nettes Ambiente. Das Spa war das Beste am ganzen Aufenthalt.

Personal: Wir waren etwas zu früh da und es war nicht möglich uns einen Kaffee oder ein Getränk anzubieten. Alle Restaurants waren zu. Das Personal hat uns zu spät auf andere Lokalitäten im Ort hingewiesen, obwohl wir gesagt haben, dass wir Hunger und Durst haben. Das Personal des Bistros war abends überfordert. Es hat mindestens eine halbe Stunde gedauert bis man bedient wurde trotz Nachfragen. Servietten wurden vergessen. Personal machte einen gestressten Eindruck. Es wurde kein Englisch im Bistro gesprochen. Insgesamt hatten wir von der Unterkunft mehr erwartet.

Zimmer und Bad waren OK, aber nicht im Hauptgebäude. Aussicht auf den Garten. Dafür schöner Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht auf die Seine.

The staff across all departments—including the front desk, both restaurants, and the spa—was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. The Junior Suite provided a peaceful and tranquil environment, while the room itself was impeccably clean and comfortably appointed.

The staff is polite, but not always readily available. If you wish to order a drink at the bar, enjoy afternoon tea at 5 PM, or even have a pastry, you may find yourself unattended, as there is often no one present to serve guests. On multiple occasions, the front desk was also left unstaffed. Regarding the room, the thermostat was not properly adjusted upon arrival, and despite requesting assistance from the front desk, the issue was not resolved. As a result, my first night was uncomfortably cold. It was only the following day that a maintenance technician addressed the problem. It is disappointing that housekeeping or those responsible for room preparation do not ensure the space is properly heated before a guest's arrival. While the room itself was aesthetically pleasing, the duplex layout proved impractical, particularly given the uncomfortable sofa. Overall, the experience fell short of the expectations for a four-star hotel.
