Facilities, staff and access to Lands of Legends were all excellent. Ala Carte food options were really good. Room cleanliness and staff were all excellent.

The booking system for the Ala Carte options just does not work. You can only eat in once in all of the the Ala Carte options but you can go off site and eat at the Land of Legends. However you can only log in to the app at 10am each morning to try and book your choice however the system crashes as everyone tries at the same time and if you have children and you want an early dinner its pretty impossible. We had to ask our guest relations rep to book these for us, it was very frustrating and is clearly a system that is not fit for purpose.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Belek. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The resort is beautiful, extremely well maintained and has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice and a very high standard throughout. Our room was comfortable and the whole resort had a lovely atmosphere. What really stood out for us was the level of service. We were travelling with our young baby, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, which made our holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. Our Holiday Assistant (Anita) was always available, helpful and attentive, and even arranged a complimentary late check-out for us on our final day. This made such a difference when travelling with a baby. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the experience made it even more memorable. Overall, Rixos Premium Belek exceeded our expectations. Excellent facilities, fantastic food, beautiful surroundings and, most importantly, outstanding staff and service. We left with some wonderful family memories and would definitely return. Highly recommended, especially for families. 10/10.
