Good location and nice space. Clean. Perfect for crashing after a long day hiking at Capitol Reef

A restful oasis at the end of a dead-end dessert road. There are neighbors nearby, by the vibe is very low-key. Proximity to Captial Reef and Boulder Mountain made for easy exploring days and a place of cool rest in the afternoon on 100+ degree days.

Mia’s property is a perfect location to explore and hike in Capitol National Park. The house has one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. This was a helpful because we enjoy cooking no matter where we are. The beds are very comfortable, the house has good wi-fi, access to many streaming platforms, nice book selection, and great views. We would definitely stay in this house in the future.

Loved staying in this cottage! Has lots of western weatherbeaten character on the outside and updated luxury design and thoughtful touches on the inside - a perfect combination. Views out of every window plus wildlife like jackrabbits, deer and lizards to see. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Owners are thoughtful and communicative.

Fabulous sunrises, best tap water anywhere, clean, quiet, and fast, reliable WiFi. Mia is an excellent host. The cottage had everything we needed, kitchen especially! Thank you!

My family absolutely loved staying at the cottage during our family vacation to Capitol Reef! The house was very clean, very well stocked, and totally charming. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and it was nice to relax comfortably during our down time. Mia was attentive and checked on us when the weather took a cold turn. We use a lot of vacation rentals and this has been one of the best experiences we've had. We'd love to stay there again some day!

Great location for Capitol Reef. Comfortable for 6 adults. Bunk beds a little small. Bathrooms are the low point of the house. Need some curtains. Would stay again. Excellent kitchen.

It was a nice stay. It was a a little warm when we arrived but eventually cooled down after turning on the coolers.

Adorable little home with amazing views from every room. The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. It was perfect for us. It was cool while we were there, but it could be difficult to cool the upstairs rooms if temperatures were higher.

We wanted great views, isolation, and a well stocked kitchen, and this cottage/home delivered on all counts. In fact, the kitchen was better outfitted than our own, We had a restaurant reservation for one of the nights but canceled since it was such fun to cook and eat while enjoying the views.

Location: so quiet and we loved to see the sunrise light up the nearby cliffs. House: clean and functional. Kitchen is well equipped. Other parts of the house are a bit... eclectic. We enjoyed our time here.

Great kitchen where you aren't disconnected from the rest of the house, and you can enjoy looking out at the awesome views of the cliffs without close neighbors. *Need screens on many doors and windows. *There needs to be blinds on the downstairs bathroom window. Not a fan of using the bathroom in plain sight of people walking in and out of house. 😊 *There is a mouse that kept running from fireplace to laundry closet. Not surprised for a country home but you might want to set some traps. *Many cobwebs need to be cleaned up. *Could use more lighting in kitchen.

We appreciated having access to a cooler to take to the park which was only about a 15 minute drive from the cottage. The cottage has lots of cozy blankets and a wood burning stove which heats the entire house quickly. The big table in the kitchen was perfect for playing games and the couches are roomy and comfortable. We loved the small town of Torrey and the little grocery store there had everything we needed including fresh fruit and vegetables so we never had to go further for groceries. The outdoor space is peaceful both day and night and we were excited to see jack rabbits and deer nearby. We will definitely rent this cottage again. This cottage is so sweet and cozy, and very modern inside! The owners had everything we needed and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. It’s just a few minutes to Torrey (for some local restaurants with great food!) and about 15-20 minutes to the Capitol Reef visitors center. Could not recommend this place more.

We chose this property for location near Capital Reef National Park. The owner was easy and wonderful to deal with. She had the cottage well stocked with anything you might be looking for: from a cooler to tissues and anything you could think of to make a meal. Thank you for letting us use your cottage.

Everything else was available in the kitchen. We cooked and prepared every meal ourselves. Which was pretty much necessary because Torrey is basically a ghost town in the winter. But, that meant we could explore Capitol Reef with very few other people around. I would definitely rent this property again.

No complaints whatsoever. Anything you would need was available. I especially appreciated the little notes that explained what each light switch or cupboard was for. Hostess was very prompt in answering questions.
