Es Pet friendly y el lugar es maravilloso el servicio excelente las vistas divinas y sobre todo disfrutando con nuestro perro que es parte de la familia

No sale muy caliente el agua de los cuartos, aceptable pero debería salir caliente y el huésped decidir la temperatura

The location is very nice.

They charged us twice the agreed rate. The room was very old and not reflected in the photos well. Basically, they did some new construction and just painted the old rooms. It's absolutely not up to the par with the prices they are charging. Then, to be charged double the agreed rate was pretty horrible. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The food was okay, not great. Not sure if they ever refunded us because we kept being sent on hold. We called the hotel over 15 times to connect to someone. Just horrible horrible service.
