We had an amazing and wonderful stay at Jeff and Shana's condo at the Ali'i Kai resort. The grounds are beautiful, so lush and green. The condo, itself, was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed. It has big windows, and fans in every room. The pool and jacuzzi are within walking distance. We found it very central to many attractions. It was close to Haena State Park, Hanalei, Turtle Cave, Queen's bath, hiking trails and many beautiful beaches. We were able to do day trips to Kapa'a, Lihue, and the south side. We experienced no major issues. We will not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend to friends and family.

Was not a great location for us. In the middle of a large resort area with no view and no beaches and no restaurants or other food sources nearby. Had to drive to everything. So we spent our days at Hanalei Bay and Haena State Park and on a Napali coast boat tour and we just used the condo to sleep. It was spacious, clean and comfortable for that!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and the place better equipped than we even expected. The location was good, the facility quiet, and it exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful for a super place to stay to enjoy our family vacation!

We loved the openness with all of the huge windows to see the beauty around the property. The host were quick to respond to any questions and we’d absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Princeville.

Beautiful condo with comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen. Short drive to all local sites. Annihi beach fabulous for siting turtles during snorkeling. Plentiful fish too. Wear shoes as it is somewhat roxky if you want to beachwalk. Parking is easily accessible. Lighthouse for bird watching was enjoyable. Hiked to a beach behind Sea Lodge condos was fabulous. Visited Hanalei beach gorgeous, town cute. Dolphin restaurant OK we bought fish and cooked it on the grill which was phenomenal. Took the shuttle to the Kalahana which was wise. The owners are very responsive to any questions before and after with great recommendations. If you plan to eat out book reservations early as hours are still impacted by covid and hard to get. Overall would definately recommend staying here.

The people upstairs ruined everything. Moving furniture, yelling , continuous coughing upstairs outside our windows.

The property was as advertised; clean, comfortable, close to several secluded beaches. No hassles, quiet neighborhood, nice warm pool and hot tub for those who look for a day away from beaches.Overall a beautiful area and a nice place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves greatly, thank you.

This was a lovely place, conveniently located and easy to find. The reality matched the pictures which isn’t always the case and very comfortable with ample parking, lovely pool/hot tub area and gorgeous scenery.
