Traditionell Japanese Ryokan. Exceptional clean and well organised. The staff was amazing and always very helpful. A big Thank you to the staff - I have particular dietary requirements and they went out of their way to accommodate this. Metro within walking distance and all areas easy to reach from there. Would definitely stay again. Always someone there to help.

Stylish hotel with excellent breakfast and futon beds. The jacuzzi was also a nice extra to be able to use.
Only one shower was available - none on the ground floor where our room was and the third floor seemed closed - for a hotel of its size and considering the price of the stay this seemed low. I also got the impression this isn’t a full Ryokan experience as you had to pay extra to hire a robe, for example

Cleanliness
Too small room and too few toilets. Staff didn’t give any advise on sites nearby
