Excellent location on Nordnes peninsula. We enjoyed exploring from that location and sitting at the cafe next door. Staff were very helpful.
The bathroom in our third floor room was very small. More a wet room with toilet, sink and shower all together with a drain in the middle of the floor. It served its purpose but was very wet and tight.

Clean rooms, central location, spacious shower, was excellent to have a kettle in the room and access to coffee machine in the morning and afternoon. Kitchen staff very lovely and first hotel attendant that checked us in was very friendly our whole stay.
A lot of selections of fish, meats, salads for breakfast if you enjoy colder meals. Prefer more hot meals personally.

Whenever I need a room in Bergen, I always try to book at Klosterhagen first. I love staying there, particularly because of the friendly staff, excellent breakfast and convenient location.

Location was great .
Help was given with cases upstairs.
Homemade waffles were really lovely and a great point of difference
Our room lacked a side table on wall side making it a bit tricky at night .
The 2 staff we dealt with were both friendly enough but felt they could have been a bit more forthcoming in their interactions. Also the tv in bedroom relied on using a device that my iPhone was not compatible with .
