I like that the location is near the school, metro, etc. I like that they serve the food differently each day. I like the room they provided for us, but it was only for 4days.

We wanted to stay longer, more in the same room, but it's only allowed for a maximum of 3-4 days. So I need to book for another room or 2 rooms for our family. Otherwise, we'll book another hotel for us to be accommodated.

The reception team was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the lady working at breakfast for being so kind.

Unfortunately after my first night at the hotel I woke up with multiple bites. I first thought they were mosquito bites, but the window was closed all night. 5–6 days later the bites are still there and they are in pairs which is a common sign of bed bug bites. After leaving the hotel I went straight home and did not stay anywhere else, I am confident the bites came from this room after my first night (I stayed there for 2 nights). I hope the management will inspect and treat the room to ensure future guests do not have the same experience. The floor is not very clean either , the table was sticky when I checked in.
