The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a bidet, bath & shower with hot water. The room had a small desk with a chair, power outlets close to bed, a stand for a bag and closet with a safe (you'll need to pay a refundable deposit of 20€ cash to use it). Air con for cooling & heating.
Bonus was a very small balcony and 24hr reception.
Metro stations Anjos & Aroios (green line) are 5min walk, pharmacy & shops nearby. .
The mattress was comfortable but hard. Stairs only access. The room could use a kettle as there are no facilities to make coffee or tea.
Generally we didn't feel safe in the neighborhood and it was way too noisy from sirens, horns and drunk people. Good for 1-2 days stay max if you're on a budget and want to be close to the center. Be careful of pickpockets, there are 2 for each tourist in Lisbon.

Lovely clean room with a comfy bed, good bathroom and a lock up safe. Nice to have a vending machine in the entrance for cold water and snacks.
It served our purposes so can’t complain. Just to note there are quite a lot of stairs we were on the second floor so if you have mobility issues maybe check where your room is situated.

Hotel is located very close to the city center. Only three stops by Metro. Metro station is one block away. Has a nice cafeteria by the Metro station. 2 min to walk from the hotel. Hotel is clean, our room had plenty of sunlight. Hotel has a great reception. Senior Jose is amazing. He made us feel like at home. He was so friendly, kind , and attentive.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the room was always clean. The room was comfortable and had enough space for my stay. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it is easy to reach by metro, and I enjoyed walking there. The neighbourhood may not look very attractive, but I always felt safe.
The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely slow, and although my devices showed they were connected, almost nothing would load. Another downside was the hair dryer. It was very old and kept switching off randomly while I was drying my hair. Since I have thick hair, this made it quite inconvenient.
It is also worth knowing that guests are required to leave their room key at the reception every time they leave the hotel. Housekeeping is mandatory, so if you prefer more privacy or do not want your room entered every day, this may not be the best option. A “Do Not Disturb” choice would be a nice improvement.
