EVERYTHING! Hosts made us feel not like tourists, but as a part of a family. The place is spacious, clean and has everything you need - for our family of 4 it was ideal.

Our stay in Marias Apartment was exactly as expected due to the information on booking and could not have been better. The communication with Maria and her daughter Fato was always quick, uncomplicated and very nice. Both speak German and are the most hospitable people! Although our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night, the hand-over of keys was arranged quickly and without problems. The apartment offers an open kitchen and common area, two bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with double bed from which you enter the balcony) and a bathroom with shower/bath. It is spotless clean, spatious, and offers all amenities. You can tell it has been equipped with a lot of thought and love for the detail - for example, there are enough hangers in the closet, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and collapsible clothes dryer, bath tub, electric kettle, fridge, all necessary tableware...and more. There is an air condition which functioned as heating during our winter-vacation, but be aware that the bath and master bedroom might be cold if you are opting for a visit off-season. Luckily there also were enough spare blankets to keep us warm at night! The water pressure is good and we had warm (= hot) water every day except for one night, where it only got lukewarm. The location was perfect for us - especially in winter, Pigadia is the place to stay as you will easily find restaurants and supermarkets which are open. The walk from the town center might be a bit steep, so if you don´t fancy a walk to help you digest dinner, make sure you have a rental car. The neighbourhood is quiet except for the school next door, and from the balcony you can even see the sea.

The only thing which comes to my mind is that we missed a holder for the shower head.
