Hotel molto semplice ma persone molto gentili e affabili, pronte a soddisfare ogni necessità. pulizia buona , comoda come posizione . la struttura è un pò datata ma molto dignitosa

Perfect location, ok if you want to spend a few nights in a simple place. In a quiet street but close to the many restaurants, cafes and bars in Condesa and Roma Norte (walking distance). Good value for money, nice staff.
The room was a bit tight, however we didn’t pay much so can’t really expect more.

We enjoyed the location. It was safe and we had lots of things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean. Management was nice and accommodating.
The door knob was not secure, it was loose. We had no toiletries.

The location was excellent in the heart of Condesa. It was very comfortable and quiet. It has all the amenities you would need. Great shower pressure and specious shower. wifi, tv and the AC were all great. Coffee in the room, water, chocolates, and they leave bananas for everyone in the morning which is a nice touch. The rooftop patio is nice to relax on as well as the mini courtyard off of our room. Overall excellent value! I would stay again.
our room was a little bit dark as it was on the ground floor. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, it’s in need of a deep clean and the shower head needs repair. I could feel the springs in the mattress that made the bed a bit uncomfortable.

Sweet people! the owners were sooo generous and helpful. We had made a booking error and arrived a day early. They didn’t bat an eye but made us comfortable. It was quiet and comfy, with a nice little balcony; and it was close to lots of restaurants and the heart of the Condesa.

Noisy over the weekend. Only one bedside lamp worked as it wasn’t possible to plug it in. It was expensive for what was on offer.

Bed and bathroom were not so comfortable, some guests were partying well into the evening/morning and there is little sound insulation between rooms/floors.

This hotel prints out credit card sensitive information, the rooms are filthy, no hot water, no internet, no permanent staff, nobody permanently on premises to address issues, no staff training, etc
