Veramente contento di aver scelto questo Hotel per festeggiare una ricorrenza; una struttura accogliente con personale gentilissimo e molto professionale! Il ristorante non è da meno, cibo buonissimo (sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per come viene cucinato) con un rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente top. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location of the hotel is excellent – very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, with a stunning lake nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, everything was in good condition and nothing was broken, which made the stay pleasant and comfortable.

However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, the music played during dinner at the restaurant felt very inappropriate for the atmosphere – something more relaxing and in tune with the setting would be much better. Second, our room had a disappointing view – it looked straight onto a rooftop with pipes. It would have been nice if we had been offered an upgrade at check-in or if the staff had placed us in a room with a better view, especially if other rooms were available. Lastly, while the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, the service at the restaurant left us with the impression that the staff couldn’t wait for us to leave. Smiles were there, but the attitude felt a bit distant. All in all, the place has great potential thanks to its location and nature, and we hope to see improvements in hospitality and guest experience in the future.
