The staff were helpful and friendly, especially HM Frank, giving us detailed directions to the places we wanted to visit.

The shower area is tight. It will be good to extend the shower space when there are more than sufficient floor area

Location : Excellent. Subway within walking distance. Service : Frank and his team are exceedingly helpful and friendly. Room is clean, which is important to hotel guests. Food: Breakfast is generally adequate. We had dinner at the hotel on one of the nights, and the chicken pot that we had was excellent as well.

We had a twin room. One of the beds was too soft for me (the firmness of the 2 beds are different). Food: perhaps always have plain/wholemeal bread available during breakfast, in addition to the sweet bread.

Frank advised about my visit, bought tickets, arraned taxis and supplied food according my diet

Reception was friendly and helpful. Although there is no lift in the property they would offer to bring up your luggage to your room . The hotel also provide free laundry service . Room was well equipped with all the necessities. Location was good and near to many attractions. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next stay

Hotel with amazing service in a great location! This hotel is located in the old district which is perfect for sightseeing. The staff of the hotel is attentive, helpful and willing to bend over backwards to help the travelers. We are a family of 4 with 2 children traveling. They made sure our kids had everything they needed during our stay. We would stay here again. This hotel has a local feel to it with an excellent restaurant downstairs in the courtyard, which was full with customers every evening. The breakfast was also varied and adequate. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The local food here is extremely good. The flavours definitely melts in my mouth. The location of this hotel is good, as it is very close to the different tourist attractions. Last but not least, their service is very nice. The staff there are very friendly, and the cleaners always ensure that we have a very conducive environment to live in.

Fantastic stay. Great location in Chengdu on a street filled with restaurants and nice stores without being too touristy. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with tickets. Breakfast was also lovely.

位置好，地铁通惠门旁，且步行可到宽窄巷子和青羊宫，晚上去宽窄巷子很方便，成都博物馆，杜甫草堂，武侯祠，文殊院，都方便。周边好吃的很多，离网红青羊小区综合市场，峨影食堂都不远。 环境好，虽然庭院子不大，但很精致，有设计感，可以吃饭喝茶，看大众美团评价好。 干净， 服务好，晚上还有助眠牛奶很贴心，前台接待小伙非常热心，第一天给我们免费升级了客房。 很满意的一次住宿体验。

给我的第一印象是外国人挺多的，环境很棒，庭院围炉煮茶很有特色，真切的感受到了成都慢生活，前台小哥哥小姐姐服务都很热情，有求必应的那种，房间还配有智能马桶，冬天用着那叫一个舒服，床也是软软的，睡着很舒服。

Excellent value for money, great location. The breakfast is also very nice with a mix of western and chinese option. Rooms are clean with a good standard and beds were really comfortable. Our twin room also had a small living room area, so the room was significantly bigger than expected; a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy to get to and close to a metro station. The room was spacious and had a fridge and separate table which you could sit at. There was also a table and chairs on the shared balcony.

We felt very welcome and the staff were all very helpful. The location is near two beautiful parks, the street is full of interesting architecture and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The building itself is very characterful with great courtyard for eating or chilling.

Good location, 7-10 mins walk to metro station (tonghuimen station) and the local food street. Staffs are very helpful in getting tickets for the opera show nearby and getting a taxi.

Mosquitoes and bugs in the room, I got bitten quite a lot although they have mosquito incense around the hotel.

The location is perfect. I could walk 15min and I was in a famous mal street. The room was nice. The only thing was the other gust's child who was shouting and talking in the middle of the night. The breakfast was fine. The guy who is working there surprisingly speaks good English.

I liked everything. There are staires and not elevator, if you think to take heavy baggages.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Wenjun, where we stayed for 9 days. Frank and his team were simply amazing! We are so grateful to him but also to the receptionist and waiters. They all made us feel welcome. Frank supported us with all kind of matters from recommending places to booking taxis, looking for the best options for our one-day excursions, and even buying cards online for my son. His English is wonderful and he understand clients as guests that he tries to make feel at home. The location is truly unbeatable, as it is near many touristic attractions (walking distance to some such as the Sichuan Opera or Kuanzhai Alley, just one MRT station away from others, such as People's Park, or two form Tianfu Square). It is super well-connected with plenty of buses going to People's Park and Tianfu Square. Amazing dining options in the surroundings as well as neabry parks, the river ... An last but not least, the facilities are super beautiful (Chinese style with courtyard, nice outdoor dining tables where you have the option to have lunch and dinner as well breakfast and try Sichuan typical dishes), which helped us experience a truly Chinese atmosphere. Can't be any happier, as you can read :)
