Personeel was kundig en vriendelijk. Kamers waren schoon, ruim en comfortabel. Duikvoorzieningen waren boven verwachting goed!

Location, breakfast, relaxed atmosphere

Can’t beat the location, located away from the party area, but still walking distance and across from beach. We had a staff help us for the first 2 days Dedy who was amazing, booked us a snorkelling trip, bikes and was super attentive to our group.

There was really loud construction right outside our bathroom, at one stage I looked up from my shower and could see a worker above me. The next day they covered the shower with tin so no longer had a nice open air bathroom, but privacy at least. The construction noise was all day and extremely loud. When brought up to the manager (more than once) there was no apology or resolve offered.

Everything you’d expect from a professionally ran hotel: very well designed bungalows, crisp white sheets and firm pillows, towels for every need, water in the room, fridge and safe, lush garden with many plants right at your door, two swimming pools, proximity to the best island beach and many restaurants, tasty breakfast, general chilled vibe but most of all how cool and welcoming the manager, Rob, and all his wonderful staff had been.

Nothing at all.

We got the best room at your hotel which is facing the swimming pool and the sea, your sea shore is exceptional with the karang and fish surround. Your diving master is the best and brought my daughter for the night diving safely. The sunrise view from your hotel is very amazing, you should promote more your snorkeling shore and sunrise view.

We expected a TV in the room and could stay longer than 10.30 to check out since the boat to Bangsal or other Gili is at 12.50. Your staff is good, but maybe do not ask us to check out immediately at 11.00 am since we were told by your other staff that check out time at 11.00. As we know that your check in time at 14.00 so you still have much time to make the room ready for next guest.

The reef in front of the hotel. It is amazing. we saw turtles, an octopus (it was our first) and many fish/corals. The hotel was nice and clean. Friendly people!

We found a gigantic spider in the open air bathroom. Not the fault of the hotel but worth mentioning if you do not like spiders. It might be worth of informing tourists/activity providers to be careful and try not to place their feet/fins on the bottom of the reef. As we saw some people (locals and tourist) destroying beautiful corals. (of course we told them to be careful). And maybe forbid acces when it is low tide. You have such an wonderful ecosystem in front of the hotel, which is getting rare in the world, protect this magical world.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, fruit served with choices

He was friendly and helpful. - Great diving staff and nice having the diving center on-site. - Breakfast was excellent. - Location is great. Can snorkel right off the beach and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance

- Pool area is old/dated and not so nice. - Some of the curtains in the room need to be replaced. They’re old, dirty and are too long, so drag on the floor.
