Had good space in the apartment and close to the strip

That they don’t clean the room during the day and I had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels every day

The apartment was a lot more spacious than we expected for the price. The beds were super comfortable, the sofa bed was also a good size. The whole apartment was super clean upon arrival and included everything we needed during our stay. The location was also amazing as it was right on the strip, meaning there were lots of bars and restaurants around, as well as the beach only being a five minute walk away.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the pool didn’t have any water in it. This is understandable as we travelled at the very start of the season, however, this wasn’t noted anywhere upon booking. This was a minor issue that did not really impact our stay at all, though.

We didn’t have a lot of stuff (like scissors glasses or trash bins toilet paper) If you’re not here for partying it’s prob too loud.

It was very close to The Strip, it was like staying in the centre of The Strip, so it was very lively.

Every time I went in the bathroom, the water was dripping from the top of the ceiling, when we were using the toilet, water drippings on us, the same issue in the living room, this was very, very uncomfortable for me, and my partner, we hardly sat in the living room for this reason we couldn't even relax in the room and watch TV. Shower rail kept falling down, wasn't fixed properly, it fell on me many times, and I temporarily fixed it when it should be fixed permanently by the management. We were not expecting this in our holiday. When I went to Eirasol Hotel to confirm my taxi to airport, the receptionist was not willing to assist me, she told me she cannot help, she told me to go to another hotel to get it sorted which I did. When Eirasol were supposed to assist me another receptionist from another hotel confirmed my taxi and gave me a printout. So this was not very good customer service from Eirasol hotel when they were part of Umbral.
