Quality Hotel in Dickson is located in an area that is close to a variety of different restaurants, shopping centres and parks . Would recommend it as preferred hotel stay .

Everything was to our expectations

Breakfast was adequate, coffee very good, staff friendly, helpful and polite.

The bed was a little soft for our liking but everything else was more than adequate.

Air conditioner not working, key door not functioning and had to change the key three times. Room was very warm at 8pm and noisy as located next to car park. Was waking up by car engine noise in the morning. Room booking with request of a quiet location and being confirmed by email. Being mislead. Not coming back for future stay.

Bad hotel service and accommodation stay. Did not meet the accommodation description accordingly to Booking.com. Misleading and in breach of the hotel regulation causing damages to the Canberra trip plan.

The staff are very considerate. The room excellent for mobility challenged folk. All the mod cons as well as extremely comfy bed! Room 125 and 124 are both Accessible Rooms and both have a Queen and Single bed which is fab for placing luggage on single and leaving the floor clear. I thank the staff for my request for a power board to gain access to charging ports etc for devices but would again suggest the rooms be set up with a power point on desk level so that the client is assured of not having to ask. In room dining though limited in choice was excellent. The cafe and restaurant in Tradies both worthy of a sit down meal. Once again thank you all.

I was looking forward to a simple breakfast which was included in the price when booking. Unfortunately the choice was extremely limited and two options were egg based. Third option toast. I asked could I get a toasted sandwich instead and pay the difference which was $1. The answer was a flat no! I was surprised as the cafe at Tradies pulls a crowd for breakfast so assume it must be an arrangement between Quality and Tradies that limited selection options. The following morning I ordered the toasted sandwich, which was yummy, and a coffee. Used the voucher for the coffee. Paid for the toastie. And … and … the lovely man gave me a large coffee! Swings and roundabouts with vouchers but best to simply give clients a Credit Voucher for say $15 and let them decide what to have and pay the difference. Easier that way all round. Re Handicap or Accessible parking in the car park - there should be at least 4 spaces marked as such. 2 for Tradies Guests and 2 for Quality guests.

Very easy to park, room was spacious and comfortable, dining facilities met our needs, staff very helpful.

Renovation to lift while no disruption meant aesthetics were a bit messy, overall a little tired - worn carpet, marks on walls
