Great room being en-suite, tv in room and towels. Very clean.

Bed mattress is very thin. No night light if you are worried about the dark.

Staff, comfortable bunk, location. I was here maybe 4 hours overall but it seemed like a nice place.

I couldn't get the shower function to work, only the bath which isn't convenient when in a dorm and wanting to be as quick as possible to be considerate to others

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, security-conscious check in and a great selection at the mini bar. Even some games there too! For the price as well, in theory, it's an absolute bargain.

The bed wasn't comfortable at all so I didn't get the best night's sleep and woke up with some back pain. Also there was a LOT of noise outside on the street which didn't help either, but I can't really blame the establishment for this. The lock on the bathroom door was near-enough broken and in desperate need of repair. Also, I found the micro-transactions a bit cheeky, like having to pay nearly £2 per towel and £11 per person for breakfast, which from what I saw, didn't seem to offer much. Breakfast I can understand paying a bit more, but towels? That's a first!
