Too​ crowded for​ breakfast, we​ had to​ wait​ for​ around​ 15-20​ ​mins​ to​ be​ seated.

Staffs are the first impression. They are amazing! Facilities are variety and well maintained. Clean Many stations of alcohol gel.

Breakfast and kid facilities

Check in time is 2 pm and we arrived the hotel around 2.20 pm which the room is supposed to be ready for a guest, unfortunately it’s not and the employee told us that we have to wait for another 30 mins, so it’s supposed to be 3 pm...we wait but no one call us. I decided to call the hotel and found out that we have to wait for another 5 mins, we went to the lobby and we still have to wait for a few minutes. I think during high season or long holidays, you know that the hotel could be fully booked, you should have full team and if it’s still not enough then you should have hired some casual staff to help out during this time.
