Location is excellent and the room is perfectly furnished. Very charming and the bathroom actually had hot water. It was just perfect.
Laundry service is a little pricey as they charge by the piece instead of by weight.

Location & breakfast both good. I would stay here again

The property is beautiful in a great location. Staff was amazing including car service from airport and to San Juan del Sur. I would definitely recommend and stay again when in Granada.
Beds were a bit hard and pillows flat but fine for a few nights. Everything else was excellent.

The property is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. Loved the pool. Alvaro was wonderful. Great margaritas.
Our air conditioner broke and leaked on our stuff. The owner and staff were quick to fix the problem.

Cute and beautiful this hotel is very well positioned. The owners are great and lovely people, the staff was really nice and helpful as well.
The bed wasn't uncomfortable but I have experienced better, it wasn't a problem at all I managed to sleep and get some rest.

Excellent hotel , located three blocks from the central square. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Airport pick-up went really well and was US$40. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Granada.
I would have appreciated some bottled water in the room.

Beautiful colonial house converted into an amazing cozy hotel. Alvaro and Maria José were so sweet, friendly, available, accommodating and made our stay fantastic. The breakfast options are great value for money, big and delicious. Fruit juice was awesome, so fresh, local fruit. Super clean place. Our room was spacious and the bathroom too, good qater pressure. Rest of staff was super friendly too. Very safe place.
Coffee could use improving :)
Hard bed (orthopedic) but they had extra little mattress (topper) my partner got asap on her side as I liked the hard bed.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Old Colonial Touches in Lobby and Pool Area. Great Breakfast.
Rooms are tiny much smaller than they appear in the photos, pillows and beds are just average at best. No desk, nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. Can Hardly move around in the room. No free parking. Would be a great hotel in the $30 to $40 range but for the price $75 / room average is overpriced in my opinion

Spotless property. Super friendly staff. Excellent location.
On the weekends, you can hear some noise from the nearby entertainment street, however, it's because of the great location.

This Hotel is a oasis in the center of Granada. The beautiful old patio's represent the traditional style of a Nicaraguan home and the cultural background of it's people. The breakfast was excellent, staff were great and the gardens kept meticulously. The location is excellent for exploring the city, at just the right walking distance to be out of the noisy main street. The pool is a bit small, but perfect for a splash after a hot day. There's also excellent wifi in all the rooms.
It's just the perfect hotel at the perfect spot. Maybe the beds are a bit firm, but in the tropics that's often a plus, because of the heat...

oasis in the city. great pool. nice staff. clean room
really small room, noisy - room window goes to the hallway. you hear everyone passing or noise from other rooms. although I believe that this applies to all colonial hotels in Granada. it’s just how the houses are built.

Location, style, beauty
One of the gate keepers behaved quite rude, but rest of the staff was OK. No fridge, or minibar in the rooms, coludn't keep the drinks cold

The hotel is a beautifully renovated traditional courtyard house close to restaurants and the town square. The staff are excellent. Everything is very clean.

There are many things to like: the charming atmosphere, the attentive and helpful staff, the tranquil courtyard swimming pool with hammocks, the authentic design, and the impeccably clean surfaces. Despite the elaborate woodwork, I never saw a spider web or dust bunny. I even swiped my finger across the tile floor one morning when no one was looking and my finger came away completely clean. I have stayed in 4-star Swiss hotels that were not this clean.
The only thing that did not go as planned was a couple of power outages caused by storms flipped some circuit breakers causing AC in a couple of units to go out, but it was resolved quickly. Also, the hot water never really gets hot. Warm at best. But given the heat in Granada, the cool water is actually refreshing.

Beautiful colonial rooms and spaces, the breakfast was complete and delicious, the staff was very diligent and welcoming. Even though we only stayed for a night we enjoyed ourselves a lot!
The hotel doesn't include parking spaces, but do recommend a public parking space around the corner that accommodated us well.
