Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ufer des IJ mit Blick auf das Wasser und die Stadt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Sowohl Waterland als auch das Zentrum von Amsterdam sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb des Rings zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn 26 liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Eine Straßenbahn fährt alle 5 Minuten. Die Fahrzeit zum Hauptbahnhof beträgt 10 Minuten.
Das Haus verfügt über eine offene Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (sowohl separat als auch zusammen). Außerdem ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett. Das Ferienhaus ist geeignet für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Hochstuhl und Babybett vorhanden. Separates Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Haus verfügt über WIFI, Radio und TV.
Draußen hast du einen Picknicktisch.
Es gibt Parkplätze vor Ort.

Amazing views of the IJ canal from alll windows! Great location: quiet neighborhood only 20 minutes (walk and tram combined) to Amsterdam Central. Maria was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The apartment had everything we needed.

Beautiful self-contained unit looking out over the IJ canal. Enough removed from the city to be very peaceful. 10 minute walk to the tram station and about 10 minute ride to central station.Maria is a very welcoming, friendly host. Lots of suggestions for sight seeing and where to grocery shop, etc. The kitchen was stocked with enough food that there was no need to go to the grocery the night of arriving. We had use of her bikes for the duration of our stay, had a day out riding the many bike paths around the canals to the northeast of the city.Very comfortable beds, unit was not lacking for anything. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place that is quiet but has good access to the city.

Loved this property. It was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It had a lovely little outdoor space in which to relax and unwind, watching all the boats and barges on the river after a long day of walking and sightseeing in the city. A short, free ferry ride to grocery stores or a lovely stroll in the other direction, across 3 locks to 'Landmarkt', a lovely organic grocery Easy tram ride to Central Station. We highly recommend this property.

We loved staying in the house, which felt like a home, and would highly recommend it to other families.
The location was perfect for us as we were able to get out of the busy centre of Amsterdam and enjoy the peace and quiet. This was especially good for our children. Tram 26 makes it easy getting in and out of the centre .
The view of the canal and city is excellent and we enjoyed watching the boats passing. The children loved the swing and playing in the garden.
The host Maria was so kind to us, making sure we had everything we needed and sharing icecream and delicious blackberry sauce.
