The room was clean and comfortable and the bed too. I think the AEON Bukit Mertajam less than kilometre away. Got vegetarian cafe downstairs of your room.

I would like to give 10 if everything is fullfil as per booking. Sometimes bad day might happen, not so sure why the other guests took my room key & stay in before I'm coming. I think the owner should put the room key in each key-safety box for each room, then the other guest will not 'mistaken' for their room. I'm really not happy for sharing bathroom for the room side by side.

The room - very spacious with en-suite toilet and shower, also very spacious. Very clean and bed is comfortable, good for night's rest. Have a little balcony too. The owner - very helpful as I arrived late at night and didn't receive earlier check in instruction sent via booking.com, he was very kind to explain how to get in the accommodation. The location - very short walking distance to AEON mall and bus stop, easily reachable to other parts of Bukit Mertajam and Grabfood pin the location exactly, makes it easy to order in.

Nothing major, could be an improvement or things other user can take note of. No towel provided - would be so much better with at least one to use at the accommodation. Tap water in the washroom has low water pressure. Room can get a little hot in the afternoon, good thing there's air cond - it does run slow though.

Cleanliness, that's the super awesome!!

The only complaint is the fan, didn't clean up n keep falling down with dust.. Minority suggest are: Much better to hv sofa cover Hook in the toilet

The room is clean and specious. So bright as it has two side big widow. Nice homestay owner, he will try to meet your requirements even buy a new table for my stay.

It would be better if the drinking water refilled.

Rooms are clean as per shown on the pictures. White and clean. Good Hair dryer provided. Parking available.

Stated towels, bottles of water provided but none of the said provided or prepared in the room for us. We have to look for towels (clean but looked old and stained and not sure if it's cleaned) in the drawer at corridor which has rubbish bin next to the drawer. There is a water dispenser at the corridor but water container was empty throughout our 2 nights stay here. Requested with the property but no reply so we just gave up. Though bed looked clean but for some unknown reason, i just got inchy skin for the nights stay. Porch area had no lights on throughout the night, so if you came back late then you have to use your mobile phone to guide you a little. Ground floor living has converted into a cafe and such blocked you from utilising the space and no light is on for you, only light is from the staircase light for you to walk up stairs to your room. Imagine from car porch to the entrance pass-by foyer /living without lights. The whole experience gave me an impression if this was because I purchased using promotional price?

The room and bathroom are big. No tv. Contactless...

The house was totally in darkness when i came back at night. Inconsiderate of the owner not to leave porch and hallway light on when knowing there was tenant in the premise.
