Simma Hotel Spa & Waterpark

The hotel staff are polite and eager to help. The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I never made it to the pool because I was so busy with work.

The air conditioner in my room was very noisy and made a crackling sound when it was running. It kept me from sleeping.

Amazing service !I would a specially like to express my sincere gratitude to Dinara and Madina for their excellent service ,,attention , and kindness. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and arranged wonderful conditions so that our whole group could spend time tougher. The Simma Hotel and Water park is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable , the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend this Hotel. The Hotel also has an amazing swimming pool, a Turkish sauna , Finnish sauna, and massage services. The swimming pools are separate for men and women, which is a wonderful feature. It is very rare to find a hotel where you can relax and enjoy the pool all day in such a comfortable and private environment.

Location. A bit to far away from the city ,but you can easily get there by taxi . The taxi is very affordable and arrives quickly

No launch or dinner kitchen location is not in walkable commercial street for shopping

The beds were comfy, the room huge, opulent and clean.

The rooms are not soundproof, you hear every car on the road (and I usually don't mind traffic at all). They said they had a restaurant, but then it wasn't open. The hotel is located on the Tashkent Ring Road, no restaurants around. Where are the "Wellness Hotel and Spa" guests supposed to have dinner? They have a sewer problem, the bathroom smells.
