Location, cleanliness, early check in. Beds were comfortable and shower was great (great water pressure and warm water)

Nowhere in the description is mentioned you have to climb 6 flights of very uncomfortable stairs. This should be highlighted when describing the apartment, as it was a surprise for us and we had to carry 5 very heavy suitcases up and down those stairs, which was a very bad experience. The location is good but the actual alley where the apartment is located is dark and shady at night.

The location was convenient and beautiful. Valentina was easy to contact and helpful. The space was perfect for us, our children and our grandchildren!

The stairs to go up with luggage took a bit of getting used to. Other than that everything was great!

The location of the property is not correct if you enter on Booking.com and select Google Maps, the real location is about 15 minutes walking from it. We were not advised what is the number of the apartment and which floor it is so it was confusing to find it.

Location was rather convenient, away from the main hustle and bustle of Piazza San Marco. Best food we’ve had in Venice in a restaurant along the same street; Nevodi on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi.

Noisy air conditioner in the master bedroom. No clothe pegs for hanging of laundry on the ropes outside.
