General location was easy to get out and around Ginza area. Walking distance to most sites and subway close if needed.
Room we chose met expectation but a bit dated and on the smaller side to other hotels we had used and had noticeable areas of heavy wear and tear and stains!

The staff are great, very helpful. Location is reasonably good, though a bit further from the train stations than we had anticipated. This hotel has breakfast, but we didn’t get the opportunity to try on this stay.
Common with a lot of Japanese hotels are extremely hard beds and pillows, resulting in not great sleeps.
