Ona Las Brisas

Location was ideal

It would have been nice if outside gazebo was covered

Feine Betten, ruhige Anlage, nettes Personal, tolle Bungalows

Had requested to have a quiet villa on booking, we were given a road side villa on arrival however on request we were moved to a quieter area the following afternoon. Staff at the complex were very helpful and accommodating, we had a lovely enjoyable stay

Lovely staff. Good location.

The swimming pool was not heated. We even double checked a week before we travelled and they confirmed it was heated but it wasn’t. Some of the guests told us the heating mechanism was broken. So we couldn’t use the pool and that was the main reason we booked here. Also the power in our flat kept tripping. Sometimes multiple times a day/night, sometimes we could turn it back on at the circuit breaker but other times that wouldn’t work and the power stayed off for periods of time. Not great when you have a baby and rely on things like night lights and microwaves for baby related stuff. Again staff were lovely but couldn’t actually do anything to solve the problem.
