Not so good: no cupboards in any of the rooms, no handrails on nearly all the steps

The facilities of this hotel were excellent. There was ample parking behind the property and the high street was down an ally way, where you can find clothing and retail shops and a small supermarket. We loved the delicatessen, which sold a huge variety of cheeses, dried meats, crackers, and other snacks. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring fresh fruit, yoghurt, huge bread basket, boiled egg, jams, cured meats and cheese and to top it all frequent coffee refils.

The facilties and hosts met all our expectations.

Very good accommodation, good breakfast, great location in the town and just across the river from the train station. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly stop here again. The room was comfortable and we could really relax during our visit.

I loved the Boutiek Hotel Kampen—a true gem. I have cycled round the world the past five years and stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels. This is a gem. Absolutely beautiful inside. A lovely common area. A gorgeous breakfast room and a perfect Dutch breakfast. My room was spare and beautiful and clean and comfortable and flooded with light. And it had a balcony to enjoy the air. Everything was beautiful. Stay here! Thank you to the lovely owner!

Great place, lovely room, excellent facilities. The help yourself fridge bar and coffee facilities was a fantastic idea. (obviously you paid for beer, great choice at a good price) Breakfast fresh and very tasty. Car parking a huge bonus. Staff and owner couldn’t of been more helpful. The hotel is in a lovely location.

Whilst nothing can be done about it during our stay a large cruise boat moored on the quay opposite the hotel ruining the river view, however they went overnight

The location of the hotel is the best, really in the centre of Kampen. It is a good place to stay, the owner is so nice, always willing to help. I highly recommend!!
