The location of the apartment was perfect - a short walk to the centre of this beautiful city, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Very well equipped and excellent value for money. The supply of teabags and capsules for the coffee machine was very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

Only slight issue was the noisy portable aircon unit, which was having to work hard to keep the place cool during our visit

Great location - just 5 minutes walking distance to Plaza Mayor and other major attractions. We have parked our car just on the street near the appartement, secured parking is just opposite the street. All facilities in the appartment were as per offer. 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms suited us perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. In case somebody arrives wit lids - just opposite is a great playground for kids. Shops and markets also in a 200m distance. Although Jose spoke limited English our communication was very friendly and clear.

Only comment is a few more utensils would have been nice and 2nd bathroom didn't have a bath mat. Everything else was perfect thank you

worst is that heater was turned off at 11pm and left off all night and then back on at 7am; we all FROZE and our baby of 6 Months cried all night due to the freezing temperatures. We asked the owner to correct it and the answer was "impossible" its the way it is, we will not change the temperature" Rooms are very small, no rrom for luggage. One bathroom is old with a Curtain shower which allows water to overflow alsoa has a very uncomfotable bathroom toilet which is very close to the wall and leaves no room to sit... I dod not recommend this apt for more than 1 couple, definitely do NOT recommend for winter, you will freeze...

Great place! Good location, very clean, friendly and easy communication with Jose and Pilar. The apartment had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay (we especially appreciated the coffee!) Playground directly across the road is a bonus if you are travelling with kids.
