From the warm greeting by the staff to the unbelievable views and property features we were in heaven. I’d come back a million times if I could. Over the top on every level.

Apartment was very comfortable for two couples. Check-in process went smoothly. Everything was as represented and the location was great. Though in a busy neighborhood, our street was quiet but convenient to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend this apartment.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Lisbon. The property is centrally located in the heart of Lisbon's old town, but is a bit away from the noise of restaurants and shops - a perfect combination. The apartment has been nicely updated and has most everything you would want. The VRBO owner was responsive to our questions before and during our stay. If we return to Lisbon, we would definitely prefer to stay at this property again.

We had a great time staying here. Perfect location in the city and just a few minutes from all the places we wanted to check out. Place is clean, up to date, and just like it’s pictures. Will definitely stay here again when back in Lisbon.

We enjoyed a three night stay at this comfortable two bedroom apartment in central Lisbon. Conveniently located in the bustling Baixa district, the apartment was surrounded by countless restaurants, cafes and shops. We found the apartment to look exactly as shown online. It was tastefully decorated and provisioned with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well. It was also convenient to have a washing machine since we were traveling light. Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment and would recommend it to others.

Great location, you can walk to all the great spots in the center of town and near the water. The photos and listing were accurate, and I would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a very good and safe location. You can walk anywhere. The area is pretty quite at night. The apartment is a walk-up unit. It is clean, neat. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. No toiletries are offered as well as no kitchen basics. The units has A/C in the main bedroom which is off the living area. The parking is 3 blocks away and is very easy to get to. Communication with Manager was poor. We arrived at the correct original location. They sent a different location in the last confirmation email which was 4 blocks away. We walked (9 year old kids and all the luggage) Climbed up 4 stories of a narrow stair. We then couldn't get into the unit. Turnes out they sent us to the incorrect address. According to them "The System" sent the incorrect address and mixed entry codes. We went back to the original location. Climbed up 2 stories to find out that the code of the apartment was the incorrect one. We finally got in. Up to this point, it was a mistake and managment was somewhat responsive. Two days later, we get locked out around 8pm. The code to the aparment wasn't working anymore. Manager never respondeded to our calls or txts. We called VRBO and they reset the code. We reported that the A/C was leaking in the main bedroom and that the wooded floor would get damaged. We covered the floor with towels. The manager never acknoleged the text or called. The property is nice but with a different manager.

The location of the apartment was perfect, central, easy to get to… perfect place to stay! The apartment was clean, well decorated, and comfortable… a beautifully updated space…..the management was VERY responsive and flexible at check in… we arrived early and they let us in remotely and held our hands to figure out the keypad etc. GREAT!

The apartment is in the best location - walking distance to shops, stores, sights. Clean, well equipped for what we needed. No elevator, so you have to bring your suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

This apartment has much to recommend it. It is less than two blocks from the Baixa Chiado Metro station. It is walking distance to most of the sites in central Lisbon, with charming restaurants, cafes, and shopping all right out your front door. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a decently stocked kitchen. As a family of five adults, the roll away bed was really not made to accommodate an adult and was uncomfortable. Also, the seating in the main room is limited as the space is pretty small. However, there is so much to do we were out and about most of the time. Check in was very easy and the host was accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any family at friends visiting Lisbon.

Property manager answered most of our questions during the stay. Overall figured everything out. Well located and would go back.

The apartment was beautiful. The location was right in the heart of everything. Air conditioning was a Godsend.

Very nice, upscale, Secure, clean Flat in the Heart of the Lisbon area so close to it all - eateries & shopping!! A/C was nice & cold. Had TV w Netflix. Used the fridge n mini freezer, microwave and washer. Used Lugagge Hero app to store luggage at a super nearby Youth Hostel on secure 4th floor. Will be recommending this particular Flat to all my family & friends. Thank you for amazing accommodations!!!!

Good location for the historic neighborhoods

When we arrived by taxi an hour early, we had to wait for our entrance of the building to be unlocked by code. We took our luggage with us down the block and had a drink in one of the many restaurants and patios while waited. When we checked in the apartment was on the second floor so we had many suitcases to carry up 4 flights of stairs. We carried all but one up with us and on our return down the stairs (less than 1 minute), we heard a voice and door open and the suitcase was stolen! The largest suitcase full of clothes and gifts purchased on our trip. We noticed many times when we came back to our building during our stay that the door was left ajar and not fully closed. I am not sure how many other units are in the building with people coming and going but the door needs to be looked at and have a stronger close so this does not happen to anyone else. We found the suitcase, empty a few blocks away as we had a tracker in the case. It had been slashed open. We also saw many many other suitcases in the area all over town left empty and in alleyways. There were also clothes being sold on blankets through the area as this is most definitely a thing happening in Lisbon. It certainly put a damper on our short stay in beautiful Lisbon.

Very nice and clean apartment in the center of the old town with many restaurants and stores around the corner. The metro is very close, communication with the agency was easy and the onboarding process was simple. The furnishings are very comfortable and of high quality. I highly recommend this apartment.

Nice clean apartment on a quiet street next to lots of restaurants and shops. Would prefer written instructions on WiFi password and how to use the washer. Also would be nice to have some extra towels for those who stay longer than 2 nights.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, plenty of space in both bedrooms. Communication was great - they shared info about the property and parking options very early on. The area is very walkable for dozens of cafes and restaurants, fairly easy walk up to the castle as well. Driving in and out was occasionally tricky with traffic and construction, but the biggest issue we had was the street entrance off the main circle is under/through a building. Not obvious it was the right way until second loop.

Unit was exactly as it looks in the pictures. It’s extremely well located 2 blocks from the big squares, the water and the Metro. Great restaurants and pasteis right outside the door!

We loved our stay! A great location as well as clean, modern and updated apartment. The welcome tray of goodies was a nice touch and touching base with us after the first night was also appreciated. Good beds and showers. Highly recommend!
