Location was really nice, we were comparing between Mariscal Area and this area, but it it definitely better the location we chose as we are family: comfortable, safe, many restaurantes around there. The kitchen was well-equipped with coffee, several teas, salt, sugar, oil and some basic spices.

The spaciousness of the loft and, although there was road and building construction nearby, the large scale window walls gave a lovely view. Contemporary design and nicely appointed with all necessary basics and not a few splurges in terms of kitchen ware and linens. Two sets of coffee and tea sets, all stainless pots and pans, wine glasses and decanter, beer steins, microwaveable stone bowls and even tupperware. And a lovely touch to welcome guests with a large bottle of refrigerated bottled water and juice, sundry snacks, tea offering, and instant coffee.

Quito is cold at night. Due to the window wall and open bedroom layout, the small oil heater did little to warm up the bedroom. We welcomed the additional throws and soft blankets and as with all things by the third night we got used to the cold.

The property was modern, clean and spacious. There was security / front desk who were able to help organise trips for us. The owner had gone above and beyond with little details, we arrived late at night from the airport and they arranged a transfer there were also small snacks and drinks waiting for us which was a life saver. Value for money is great, would definitely recommend staying here. I stayed as one adult with three young children. The WiFi was great and I was able to have zoom meetings without any issues. The area was safe and we were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a park. Owner also responded quickly to messages.

We had wanted to book longer once arriving but it was understandably fully booked!

excellent location within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the mall is two blocks away, good ecudor food and the price for food is very low, 2.50 for breakfast and 3.50 for dinner in villages

the weather is unpredictedable its rains, the sun comes out and then it gets very cold all in same day, do not drive or rent a car ,the taxis are very cheap and the streets and highway is very difficult to maneuver
