Location, location, location. Breakfast first class.

2 windows in our room need urgent repairs. Most of the draught beers were off. A bit of tlc needed.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There was bottled water in the room. There was plenty of car parking

I found the kitchen room with the fire escape which was part of the accommodation weird as there were canvas bags lying on the floor time of pineapple on the side and half a jug of pineapple juice on the side. There was a cracked pane of glass in the window and there was not a handle to close the window. So as an older individual I did not feel completely safe. I could not understand the technology of operating the TV. The TV was in the lounge, I prefer it in the bedroom where I can lie in comfort and watch it.

For the money, Bathrooms dated and very basic (felt like a cheap rental property, not a plush coaching inn) No gravy available for evening meal (no additional gravy for pies) Lighting not great in the room, only one bedside light on the double bed No brown bread choice at breakfast Kettle in room wasn’t clean
