The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, the bed wide and comfy, and the room was a corner room with two windows which provided a lot of natural light and views of the city.

The room was great aside from three small things: 1.) There was no complimentary coffee in the room (only tea) and there were no wash cloths or any kind of disposable equivalent for bathing. 2.) The cover on the ceiling vent was a bit dusty but not nearly as bad as the one in our previous room when we last stayed here. 3.) The water got scalding hot very quickly if you raised the heat at all above the midline, which of course could be dangerous, but we were fine, thankfully. Otherwise, we were satisfied and pleased with our experience and we would stay here again.

very conveniente location to JR and subway stations. very friendly staff, clean, well maintained hotel. room amenities were ok.

the swamp cooler took a lot of precious space and did not work very well. I ended up unplugging it and using the room AC. room space was ok for a single person, but would have been tight for a couple.

could use more space esp for luggage. it can be challenging opening a large suitcase in the room :)

Very good location, ideal for shopping along the nearby street. I used the coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer, to wash and dry my clothes, so that was handy. It was only in Japanese but I used a Japanese to English translation to work out what it said, so managed to use it. The washing machines are very popular but I managed to get one. A little tip, maybe set a timer/alarm on your phone to empty the machine promptly once it has finished, so the next person can use it. The washing machine is pin protected so if you forget no one else will be able to use the machine. Only 1 pillow each in the room but I went to reception and they gave us two more. Nice amenities in reception. My wife got a face pack/mask. We would stay there again. Ideal for walking to the cruise port, if you are feeling energetic. It was a bit of a walk with bags, but we allowed plenty of time to get there so was a nice stroll.

The room was a bit small, but that is to be expected for Japan, so I didn't mind.

great location, close to subway and within walking distance of shops and restaurants etc. Bus stop right out the front! Laundry was also handy for a mid trip stop in
