Rooms were clean. Wifi was working as expected. Hotel centrally located.

Breakfast was worst and of lowest quality. For next 3 days I had it at the opposite Udupi Park.

The ac and shower were good. It was very accessible. Opposite was Udipi where you get breakfast lunch and dinner. Even if you order from outside, they can heat up the food and provide plates and cutlery. All in all it was good

The furniture was broken in the room and few broken glass pieces were present near the bed (from the previous guest). The room is rather small but ok if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wi-Fi was also great.

Staffs are very friendly, helpfull specially manager Mr. Jibu he was help us to arrange transfer from airport to Hotel. When ever I asked any kind of help he was arranged everything.

Transfer arrangements by Booking.com was very bad experience as I wasn't contact driver which was arranged by booking.com. I was called hotel they also don't have any information about driver and booking .com was not shared any to the hotel, later I was massaged to booking.com they also didn't help. It was vary bad experience.

I booked at Treebo Greenwood Premier but I was directed to another property Greenwood Express Inn. The staff was unfriendly and demanded that I take the nearby hotel room or cancel the booking. Breakfast was next to nothing.

Bad customer service.

Location was great. Good service at the property.

No response to the messages sent. Pre-authorization amount deducted is not refunded. Still trying to contact the hotel.

The pictures are uploaded on the booking portal that was taken when it was inaugurated actually it doesn't look like that. Rooms are not at all good and stinking,not kept cleanly.wash rooms without towel, soaps, shampoo and not maintained cleanly.lift is not good at all. The bed and bedsheets were too stinking. Breakfast is too bad, the plates are used plastic ones which are like in Jail. Totally disappointed. If i would have known this how it looks like i wouldn't have booked it.

the property is not maintained at all. very hygienic conditions. cockroaches in the room were a plenty.
