The place is close to everything

When I booked the room was written 15 m, but when I delivered the room, it was 5 m, and the room was on the third floor and without an elevator, and I asked the reception to change the room, but it was not accepted, and hi said the hotel was complete, But there were many rooms here. The bathroom is very small.

I am not a person who likes to complain, but our stay was very disappointing, so keep these in mind if you want to choose this Hostal: -Our room was so small, that we felt claustrophobic in it. I am not kidding. Only two bed fit in it and a mini closet, it was basically three steps that we could do in the whole room. Felt like we are in a cave. The pictures on booking are definitely of the better rooms… -The bathroom is so narrow and theres so small space that you can barely close the door because the toilet is in the way, and you cant even turn around in the bathroom…we are small women, so I can’t even imagine how a bigger man could fit in the bathroom at all. -Our room was right next/above the kitchen, so until late night and early morning we could not sleep because of the loud noises and smells… The only window was to the kitchen too. -The sink was constantly dripping water on the side to the ground since we arrived. - Basically there was no receptionist at the reception…any time we had an issue/question or when we checked in and out, we had to wait for somebody to come from the restaurant, and they seemed like they were too busy to attend and they made us feel like we are just bothering and we are not welcomed. Check in is from 14:00, and we arrived after, but we still had to wait because the staff was still cleaning our room. Just keep in mind that maybe you have to wait to take your room. -Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms.

Lovely bright room. Reception manned through night.
