Great location, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the old town. Beautifully appointed apartment, comfortable with everything provided. Staff were extremely friendly and helped us carry our luggage up all the stairs!

Perfect Apartments in a great location. The apartments are very modern and impressive and have all the facilities you could possibly need for a short stay. Complimentary fruit and wine were left by host.

There is a walk up three flights of stairs which is a little bit awkward with luggage and the apartment block was a little bit noisy with dogs barking and people coming and going all night. The floor tiles are very dirty.

Location is excellent, and the room is actually quiet with the windows closed. Blackout shades are very effective. Bed is large and very comfortable, linens are nice too. Facilities look really new and overall this place is quite livable.

The key pickup is an in person meeting from someone coming in from offsite. So the arrival time must be communicated accurately. This is different than a hotel where there is onsite staff. I wish I had known this because we ended up having to wait (it might have been bc we arrived late at night). Also the shower just spreads water on the floor of the bathroom where the toilet is. It would be nice to not have this happen and completely soak a towel to contain it. Stove is challenging to understand how it works.

The place is beautiful and the location fantastic.

We liked the location as this was close to the centre of split but far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Josip who showed us to our apartment was very friendly.

The location of the apartment couldn’t have been better, a short walk to the harbour past loads of bars and restaurants. The host was really acommodating - he met us earlier than check in to drop our bags off and show us around the apartment. He was also available 24/7 if we ever had issues (which we didn’t) or for any local advice. The apartment was immaculate and the facilities were great - a fully functioning kitchen area, large bathroom, washing machine, curtain shutters so the room stayed really dark in the morning. I honestly couldn’t fault it. I’d really recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split and anyone considering. It was lovely being able to explore during the day and then having somewhere homely to come back to at night.

Great location just 5 minutes from the old town. The apartment is beautiful, with everything you could need. The host left fruit and wine in the fridge which was a lovely touch.

Finding a parking space can be quite difficult at busy times

Most of the pictures show the cityview apartment not the parkview one which is much smaller. I hadn't realised there were two and would have preferred the one with more space

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The hosts left us a fruit bowl and a bottle of wine which was such a nice touch! The location was so perfect! Short walk into town with lots of restaurants and bars and easy to get an Uber from outside the apartment.

All the electricity in the apartment is turned on and off by a card which you also need to get into the apartment which was really cool as it meant no electricity wastage when you are out, however it would have been nice to have two cards as we did want to leave the washing machine on while we were out for dinner but couldn't because we need to card to get into the apartment when we were back. Giving one card makes total sense as you wouldn't want the guest to leave everything on when they leave, like the air con as it wastes energy but that was the only down side which did not really make much of a difference to our stay it was still great!

Superb flat with excellent host. Location is amazing with big shop and restaurants close by. Old Town is about 10 min walk. Can't really fault anything. All facilities are modern and flat is very clean. Also I prefer to have a full flat to myself rather than just a room. So highly recommend this place.

Great location. Simple check in process, even though it was late. Comfy bed.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. It was 5 star in every aspect. We were even gifted a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit from Ante for our 1 night stay. It's only a few minutes walk from the waterfront and the old town. Was probably our favourite place to stay at on our whole Europe trip.
