Very good location, near the metro and you can go to lots of touristic places by walk.
Instructions for check in and check out were very clear.
The room was very clean and we was useful to have a shared kitchen and fridge to have breakfast in the room before visiting the city.
I would come back for my next trip in Rome.

Good location and room was spacious and clean
Air conditioning wasn’t strong but staff responded really quickly and brought a big fan which helped

the location was excellent, very near the Vatican and St Peters just a stroll away. The rooms are generous with high ceilings in a very historic building. The room was very clean with a modern bathroom. There was a shared kitchen which we did not realise between the three rooms- so if you wanted to prepare food you could do.
The Room needed issues sorting out. We were first notified the air conditioning wasn't working before we arrived, luckily this was resolved. The safe did not work which we reported to the person managing it, and were told we were going to take them out anyway. The room wall fridge did not work either. The shower head had jets missing so we could not use the rain shower, however the hand held attachement was fine. Various bulbs had blown. City tax in Rome is 7 euros per night per guest so you have to add this on to your overall costs. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable
