Comfortable and spacious room. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room or the cleaning regime for the whole hotel. The decor is a little dated and worn out in places but nothing to cause concern. The pool was a real bonus during our stay as well as the well kept area around the pool. The restaurant as very good with a good choice of food and a really good breakfast to cater for all tastes.

The reviews had us a bit worried ahead of our arrival but the hotel was ok on the whole. Could do with some refurbishment to bathrooms and decor but overall was very clean and comfortable. A travel desk in reception would be a great addition for tourists.

Worst food ,worst behaviour of Resturant staff , Resturant front desk ,ugly hotel , rooms not up to mark ,bath room extra ordinary small and dirty very old . Resturant manager was well behaved ,but if there subordinates are illbehaved etc than what a single manager could ..........

Location is good but the property feels outdated.

Room floors were wornout and need good renovation as the hotel location is too good to witness such defects

in room dining was not at all great. I ordered food at 6:30pm and i was waiting for the food till 8:10pm but since it wasn’t delivered, I called the in room dinning and got a response that I haven’t ordered anything which was very shocking to me. so he took the order once again. after 20mins the food was delivered. btw the chicken tikka salad was horrible and couldn’t eat at all. but I had to pay full amount. I stayed here couple of times and never had this kind of problem. this is my first time getting experience of worst in room dining. I wish the management will take keen interest to develop their food and in room dining hospitality.
