ÜBER DAS HAUPTHAUS:
Das Haupthaus ist ein super süßes, sonniges 3 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad in Austins South Congress Nachbarschaft. Der großzügige, offene Grundriss mit angrenzendem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer / Küche macht es zum perfekten Ort für Unterhaltung. Die Küche verfügt über neue Edelstahlgeräte mit doppeltürigem Kühlschrank, Gasherd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler und allen erforderlichen Kochutensilien (Teller, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser usw.).
Das Haupthaus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen (Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw.). Das Sofa kann zu einem Queensize-Bett ausgeklappt werden und es gibt auch ein Queensize-Aero-Bett, wenn Sie zusätzliche Schlafbereiche benötigen.
ÜBER PRIVATE GÄSTEHAUS:
Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über ein privates Gästehaus mit Queensize-Bett, SMART-TV, Küche, eigenem Bad und großer Sonnenterrasse. Die Pension ist komplett ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Glaswaren, Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen.
Dies ist der perfekte Ort für Gäste, die mit Teenagern oder Schwiegereltern reisen - Sie können zusammen Urlaub machen und haben trotzdem etwas Platz für sich!

Es gibt einen schnellen WiFi-Internetzugang für die Gäste und einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-SMART-Fernseher (Sie können Netflix, Pandora usw. streamen). mit Kabel! Wir haben auch einen drahtlosen Lautsprecher (tragbar!) und Blueray DVD-Player.
ÜBER DIE ZIMMER:
Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer (einschließlich Gästehaus) für insgesamt 8 Personen. Drei Schlafzimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und das 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein Zustellbett mit zwei Doppelmatratzen. Zusätzlich kann das Sofa zu einem Bett ausgeklappt werden und es gibt auch zwei Queen-Size-Aero-Betten für zusätzliche Schlafbereiche. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Dekorieren unserer Schlafzimmer und hoffen, dass es Ihnen auch gefällt! Wir haben etwas für die Liebhaber, die Cowboys und sogar Rocker!
ÜBER DIE NACHBARSCHAFT:
Das Haus befindet sich in Austins Stadtteil SoCo. Wir sind zu Fuß zum Continental Club, Guerro's, Uncommon Objects und all den Spaß am South Congress. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt in der Nähe und jede Menge großartiger Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
POOL / HOT TUB / PATIO BEREICH
Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen neu installierten Pool und einen Whirlpool sowie einen Bereich, in dem Sie Wiffelball spielen, einen Frisbee werfen oder einfach nur entspannen können. Es gibt auch einen schönen Esstisch mit. BBQ Holzkohlegrill (siehe Bilder - ich liebe unseren Longhorn-Grill!)
FUN STUFF / BICYCLES FÜR GÄSTE:
Wir haben zwei Fahrräder im Beach-Cruiser-Stil mit Helmen für die Gäste. Das Haus ist auch mit unzähligen Spielen ausgestattet, darunter: Monopol, Connect Four, Rutschen und Leiter, Candyland, Uno, GoFish usw.
Wir haben auch jede Menge Spaß im Hinterhof, einschließlich Boccia, Wiffle Ball, "Cornhole" (Bohnenbeutelwurf), Fußball, Basketball (allerdings ohne Vor-Ort-Reifen) und Fußball.
PARKPLATZ / AUSSTATTUNG:
Es gibt genügend Parkplätze auf der Auffahrt (4-5 Autos) und es gibt auch genügend Parkplätze an der Straße. Es gibt auch eine Vor-Ort-Waschmaschine und Trockner.

The property owner and manager saved us after another home rental didn't work out. They were immediately responsive and helped us get in and settled at the last minute on a Friday night. The house is so fun with a great pool, video arcade game and plenty of room for our group. The backyard casita was excellent.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and the backyard guest house has another bed/bath, so I can see why this home would be great for groups. Our dog loved the large, fenced backyard, and we enjoyed hosting friends in the pool and grilling burgers on the charcoal grill. The pool and the house were stocked with everything we needed, and the decor pays homage to the Austin music scene. We also had a ton of fun playing Galaga on the arcade cabinet.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from check-in to check out, and even came by to check on the pool as we arrived to show us how to work the grill and the different remotes/lights for the house. We would definitely stay again!

This property is perfect if you are looking for a fun trip to Austin close to all the downtown fun! The property is a few minute drive from the heart of downtown. The home, pool and spa, and guest property made the perfect location for our wedding weekend. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Totally enamored with this space! The home is beautiful and I’m slightly obsessed with the decor. The outdoor space is its own little paradise and the casita is a wonderful bonus. Tucked into a sweet, sleepy neighborhood, we were close to great restaurants and had easy access to all Austin has to offer. Already looking forward to another trip to Austin so we can stay here! Our hosts were very accessible and thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay in Austin! The property is actually perfect for families! The Grandparents and kids stayed in the main house and we stayed in the guest house and it was like a mini-vacation inside our vacation!! The house is well stocked and nicely decorated. Pool was clean and Brian was awesome responding to a few questions we had. Overall the location, space and property was truly a great getaway! We will be back!!

This was the perfect house for our group of 6 friends. It’s centrally located in a great neighborhood. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, beds were real comfy, and the pool in the backyard was the cherry on top. We’d definitely stay again!

Best Stay in Austin
This VRBO is the best I have stayed at! The house was spotless. The pool was perfect. The hosts were responsive and went above and beyond when we had a question. The guesthouse was the icing on the cake! It was SO nice to have a separate area to hang out in. Everyone in the group was raving about the linens and the comfort of the beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance you may need. And the location was PERFECT. Walking distance to S Congress. I was able to wake up early and explore a bit before the crowds and the mid day heat. And it was close enough to all the hot spots that we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg on transportation. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Austin!

Loved staying at this property with my friends. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space were perfect. Even had a pump for blowing up pool floats! Easy walkability to south Congress section of town and the host provided some great recommendations. Would recommend!!

We used the pool and hot tub almost everyday which was fabulous. The location was perfect we walked up and down South Congress and it is around the corner from the supermarket.
The rooms are nice and the kitchen is terrific. The owners are wonderful and responsive.
If I get the opportunity I would stay again. If this house is available book it!

Nice stay in funky neighborhood
Was greeted on street with very hippie appearing neighbor couple with toddler who asked us if we had seen their lost pet turkey. Thought we were being filmed for the episode of “Impractical Jokers.” 25 mins later, left the property to go to a restaurant and spotted an adult turkey on the street looking for its family.

We enjoyed our stay here. We couldn't figure out how to work the hot tub but that's ok. Literally located right next to an HEB and lots of choices for food delivery. Looks like they are working on upgrading the neighborhood!

Super cute home with stellar pool
Great property with cool vibes. Clean, fun decor, excellent amenities and great pool. Good sheets which can be hard to come by in a short term rental. Some toys, well stocked kitchen, books and even bug spray. We would definitely stay again if we didn’t just move here!

The house was everything we needed for a pool get away! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels & floats for the pool, all the grilling tools you need. Check in was easy & added bonus - HEB is next door for quick curbside grocery pick up. The host was super communicative and took care of our only issue immediately. The house was extremely clean. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend.

Excellent way to regroup
Excellent stay; Nice location, house was very comfortable. It was fun to swim. They supplied plenty of towels with the pool. The only comment would be to redo your binder that discusses the property to include the plug in for the internet behind the trash can and to make the binder a bit cleaner looking. This is not a reflection on the property as it was very clean.
