Other guest near by smoking on the terrace. Early morning, early evening. I counted 5 cigarettes in 2 hours. Lots of channels on the TV, nothing in English. No Eurosport to watch the Giro

Fantastic location, directly at the beach. The room with a view on the sea, you can hear relaxing waves 24h a day. 10 min on foot to the Venetian port all way along the beach. Nice restaurants 10 meters away from the hotel. Breakfast option at the snack bar with a wide variety.Friendly and supportive staff. Free of charge luggage storage and WiFi working very well.

We were expecting a dining table but there was none. When booking through Booking.com you have no access to beach chairs and must pay extra sadly. When we talked to the guy collecting the money on the beach he ask what our room number was. When we told him he knew we booked through Booking.com and said it wasn't included. Grr. Live and learn.

Loved our second stay at this wonderfully located hotel. Staff were amazing. Rooms super clean. Bed comfortable.

Only downside this visit was the stack of lawn chairs blocking our view of the beautiful beach the last few days.

On a pleasant beach backed by a range of restaurants. Car parking at the hotel (extra cost). Helpful staff.

The room was well equipped but lacked drawer space and felt rather bare. Balcony was a little cramped. Wifi in our room seemed a bit intermittent.

The beds, oh my the beds were so comfortable we couldn't stay out of them. The food at the restaurant beach bar was great too and the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and spoke brilliant English. Also in our room there were cooking facilities and a fridge, a small ironing board and iron which came in handy. Alot of the reviews I read weren't happy with the beach, the beach was absolutely fine! The Old Habour is about a 15-20 min walk along the coast mine, make sure you go to the Old Harbour is it stunning especially in the evening.

The shower. To have a good shower you had to hold the shower head which was a bit of a pain, that it didn't bother me that much. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious room for 2 literally at the beachfront. Very relaxing at night to use the hot tub + enjoy the night sea breeze & sounds. Comfortable beds. Super helpful staff! Complimentary coffee & tea making facilities & wine.

It rained for half our stay 😭😭 so we couldn't really use the balcony/hot tub. No fault of the property at all obviously but just be aware of this while booking & consider if it's something you'd be happy to pay for. Room was slightly old & had signs of wear and tear, although well kempt.

The location was fabulous - Right on the beach with a view from our top floor terrace of the playa and all restaurants. Additional mention for the jacuzzi that was filled and ready when we arrived! All in all a brilliant place to stay and enjoy the other side of Chania

The bedroom was a little cramped. No real storage space BUT the bed was to die for..... Absolutely comfort personified!

Location, Location, Location! Awesome beach and balcony view. The hot tub was wonderful as well. Super helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable. Would have loved to have stayed another week!

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and the location was perfect, just by the sea and a short walk from the old harbour.

A better restaurant could have made the place even more comfortable.

Fantastic location right on Nea Chora beach. Short stroll to an excellent cafe/restaurant strip. 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Staff were friendly and the property was super clean.

Being charged 8€ a day for a sun lounge at the beach. Should be a discount or free for guests of the Hotel.
