The view, the layout and space of the apartment, close to the ocean + beach. Located on a guarded resort, but one does not notice as such. Great ocean view and very spacious with lots of amenities. Very quiet, if you wish, but still centrally located. The walk to the beach (with restaurants, a dive shop and soon a brand new high quality restaurant) takes you less than 10 minutes. A pool is adjacent to the building. fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.

Andre is a very responsive host, from prepayment to check-out, everything went really well, the apartment is 5 to 10 minutes walking from the beach through the villa park, is very spacious, has all the kitchen amenities you might need and airco in every room. The Blue Bay Resort is a great location for staying at the house beach with a great reef for snorkeling and also to explore the rest of the island by rental car.

The apartment is located ca. 10 minutes away from the airport and great if you want to discover the island since it is located close to the city and other nice beaches and spots. The clean sandy beach is private (usually you have to pay entrance fee but not if you stay there) and one of the prettiest on the whole island (and we've been to a few). You can see quite a lot of fish and it is not too deep or wavey and right at 'the wall' dive spot. The apartment is fully equipped and has an awesome view. The contact with Andre and Dani was great as well. We arrived well informed, warmly welcomed and even got a great list of recommendations! Overall it was a great stay and if we'd go back we'd stay there again without hesitation!

Absolutely everything works fine. Great location, kindness, hostess, all neat, always fresh and airy , beautiful view, close supermarket, ample rooms, comfortable in every sense. My perfect choice! Communication with hostess is marvelous!

André is a marvelous host, friendly and ready to help in any way possible. Excellent communication. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, the location is perfect, it has everything you need to feel at home. Corine, the administrator, is also always attentive if something is required and is a charming person. The view from the apartment is great, lovely terrace. On the whole, Apt40 is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the good weather and the nice sea and beaches that Curaçao offers. The restaurant on the beach has great food at reasonable prices and a very friendly staff. Punda and Otrobanda are only a 10 minute drive away.
