Most things from staff extensive support to most, if not all, facilities. The staff, particularly Anouar was very helpful from booking until even after we left the accommodation. Helped directing us to amazing cafes and tourist sites.

The AC didn't work. However, we note this wasn't promised or advertised. Coming from UK we struggle with temp from late 20s and above so AC availability is expected. Either way in view of the kindness and support of staff and all other facilities this was not a major hindrance for us.

The apartment is near Marina bay and the port. About 25 min walking to the medina. The owner was always willing to help and answered to our needs.

Maybe would be nice to renew some of the furniture. However things are in good status and are not a big issue.

Anouar was abroad during our stay, however he coped with the time difference, being always available for us and providing a straightforward solution to any request thanks to the kind assistance of his mates (thanks a lot Fattah).

Anouar was very kind. He picked us up at the train station. It is 10 minutes drive from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the Medina. The facilities were convenient. Anouar quickly replenished what was needed.

- It’s close to the beach. - It has two toilets.

- The owner of my originally booked property suddenly told us due to certain problem, we had to use another apartment. I specifically asked him if it had 5 beds for us and he said yes. But when we arrived, the so called ‘fifth bed’ was a sofa, not a sofa bed. My friend ended up sleeping on the floor! Luckily we only booked one night! - The said owner also promised me that the driver he sent to pick us up at the airport (at €20) would drive us to a CTM bus station to buy some tickets first (for an extra €5 because he said it was far away from his apartment). But the driver didn’t do it. Then he said he would bring us to the bus station at night. Then he said the station was not far away, why didn’t we walk there ourselves? Where was it? Well, ask anyone and they would tell you. So we googled it ourselves, and do it ourselves. He never showed up or even cared. When we left, he reminded us to give him a good review. - The apartment was not properly cleaned. The trash of the previous users was still in the trash bin. - There was no toilet paper anywhere.
