Il était nécessaire de claquer la porte de l'appartement pour pouvoir fermer (bruyant). Travaux de rénovation (marteau, perceuse) dans l'immeuble contigu.....pas de chance.

The location was perfect. Being directly on the Plaza and to have a window with a view was fantastic. The apartment is spacious and modern.

The TV needs to be updated to a Smart TV so that non European guests can access streaming services.

Very neat apartment, and very spacious. Easily enough for a family of 4, with a very nice of the square.

They are renovating in the rest of the building, so it's mostly empty and full of rubble. So it's abit creapy getting to the room.

Confortable and well placed

It was a demolition work on the neigbour house, unable to sleep, and the owner did not react. I would have expect more interest on our well-being. We paid very expensive for very bad service

not really something that I "didn't like", it would have been perfect if there was laundry detergent.

Location, size of apartment for 2 people, snacks and drinks provided, clean.

There were no instructions for the heating and the flat was cold on arrival. There was then 90 minutes of calls and whatsapps with the owner to try to sort this out and it wasn't until the following morning that the flat warmed up. This all could have been avoided with a simple instruction manual for the heating system. This seems like a really obvious thing to provide and made the first night of our stay quite uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, check in easy and the apartment was very well equipped. Reyes, who checked us in remotely. was available straight away and even recommended Restaurants in all the areas we could visit, she also sent a link to the nearest Car Park which was only a minutes walk away (do note this is an extra €18 per day). We also had Drinks, Tea & Coffee, Milk, Breakfast items all complimentary.

One or two things did go a little wrong, but it wouldn't stop us staying here again. We had a leak under the sink but luckily we spotted it straight away and turned the stop tap off. There was a bulb and a battery needing replacing. It could do with extra pillows in the bedrooms, one only provided. There were workman renovating the upstairs apartments all the time we were there (this didn't bother us at all but may have disturbed other guests, it might be worth pointing this out when booking). Also the front door to the apartment needs some attention, it only double locked from the inside, and could be pushed open if not, therefore when you left the apartment and shut the door, it could be opened without a key.
